Large selection of salad items. Also have 6-7 soups, several pasta dishes, breads, and soft serve ice cream. It's "all you can eat buffet", so no reason to not leave full. I think buffet is the only option. Salad items seem fresh. Non-Salad items are tasty, but some are not great. But there is a lot to choose from, so you can find something you like. It is usually pretty crowded if you go at peak times, so it must be pretty popular.
